About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to lead our therapy department at our client facility, University Nursing Home, located in the Bronx, New York. This is a unique opportunity to lead a team of talented PT, OT, and SLP professionals in a state-of-the-art rehab center, providing exceptional care to our patients.
In this role, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and patient-centered therapy services in accordance with federal and state regulations, professional standards, and company policies. You will oversee daily operations, mentor clinical staff, manage productivity and budgets, and ensure documentation accuracy to support reimbursement and regulatory compliance.
