About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to lead our therapy department at our client facility, University Nursing Home, located in the Bronx, New York. This is a unique opportunity to lead a team of talented PT, OT, and SLP professionals in a state-of-the-art rehab center while providing exceptional care to our patients.

As the DOR, you will serve as the overall leader for the facility's rehabilitation department. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and patient-centered therapy services in accordance with federal and state regulations, professional standards, and company policies. Your day-to-day will involve overseeing daily operations, mentoring clinical staff, managing productivity and budgets, and ensuring documentation accuracy to support reimbursement and regulatory compliance.
