About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to lead our therapy department at our client facility, Holliswood Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, located in Hollis, New York. This is a unique opportunity to lead a team of talented PT, OT, and SLP professionals in a state-of-the-art rehab center, providing exceptional care to our patients.
In this role, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and patient-centered therapy services. You will oversee daily operations, mentor clinical staff, manage productivity and budgets, and ensure documentation accuracy to support reimbursement and regulatory compliance.
