The Director of Operations is a key driver of execution across fabrication, construction, and manufacturing projects. This role exists to bring consistency to how work gets done and protect profitability through disciplined operations. You will be the person who brings order to operations, guiding the team across the finish line safely, efficiently, and with pride.
In this highly visible role, you will create structure quickly in fast-moving projects and keep everyone aligned when timelines get tight. You will thrive in the space where teamwork, accountability, and execution collide. Your focus will be on scaling structured workflows, ensuring teams execute the same way every time, and moving through problems with calm decision-making. You will help ensure projects move forward smoothly while the business continues to scale the right way.

Experience managing multiple divisions simultaneously. Experience managing a $50M budget with cost control across multiple divisions. Pipe or process piping fabrication experience. Experience with unions and collective bargaining agreements. Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS®) experience. OSHA certification. Process improvement certifications (Lean, Six Sigma, ISO 9001). Experience managing union employees.
