This position serves as a pivotal leader within our hotel operations, dedicated to driving profitability and elevating the guest experience. The role exists to bridge the gap between brand strategy and daily execution, ensuring that our properties not only meet financial targets but also deliver the exceptional service our guests expect. You will act as a visible presence on the floor, interfacing regularly with customers to gather feedback and ensuring that the atmosphere in Rooms and Food & Beverage areas consistently exceeds expectations.
In this capacity, you will manage the full spectrum of hotel operations, from analyzing service trends and financial reports to coaching teams on occupancy, rate, and wage management. The day-to-day involves leading department teams in championing the brand's service vision, developing systems to track guest satisfaction, and fostering a culture of open communication and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for making critical decisions that keep the property moving forward while ensuring fair and equitable treatment of all employees.
This role covers both 1st and 2nd shifts. Candidates must be available to work weekends and holidays. A relocation plan is available for qualified applicants.
