About the Role
The Director of Operations is a key driver of execution across fabrication, construction, and manufacturing projects. This role exists to bring consistency to how work gets done and protect profitability through disciplined operations. You will be the person who brings order to operations, guiding the team across the finish line safely, efficiently, and with pride.
In this highly visible role, you will create structure quickly in fast-moving projects and keep everyone aligned when timelines get tight. You will thrive in the space where teamwork, accountability, and execution collide. Your focus will be on scaling the business the right way, ensuring projects move forward smoothly, and protecting the business and its people through proactive planning and disciplined execution. This is a solutions-driven position where you will move through problems with calm decision-making rather than getting stuck in them.
