About the Role
At the GSS KS Olathe Hoeger House, you will administer the nursing program to maintain high standards of resident care. This role is designed to optimize the geriatric care process, improving both the quality and efficiency of our services. You will serve as a key advisor to medical staff, department heads, and administrators on nursing strategies and policies.
Your day-to-day impact includes monitoring nursing operations to ensure compliance with organizational and governmental standards, while also scheduling staff and conducting performance reviews. Beyond clinical oversight, you will provide direct nursing care as needed and assist in developing marketing activities and community events. You will lead the development and execution of clinical programs, policies, and protocols, ensuring system integration and adherence across the facility.

Requirements

Nice to Have
Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (e.g., CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA). Housing with Services, housing and urban development (HUD), and/or assisted living experience.
