Morning Pointe communities are dedicated to providing services that enhance the wellness, lifestyle, and enjoyment of senior living. We deliver Assisted Living, Personal Care, and Alzheimer's services in a caring, secure environment that promotes hospitality and dignity while maintaining an independent quality of life.
As a Director of Nursing, your work is essential to providing for the daily needs and activities of our residents. You will oversee care delivery through a consistent model, leading residential case management and providing clinical oversight to Resident Caregivers, Medication Assistants, and other staff.
Our most successful Directors are those who find opportunities for residents and associates to "Experience Something Better." This role requires approaching challenging situations with patience, pleasantness, and grace, while treating co-workers and residents with a genuine sense of kindness. It is a position where honesty, ethics, and a professional attitude are the foundation of success, and where you can see the true purpose of your efforts in the lives of those you serve.
We strive to lead by example and put our team in a position to be successful on a daily basis. At Morning Pointe, we value integrity, compassion, and the development of others to their full potential. We believe that a genuine sense of care for residents, staff, and guests is the heart of our community.
