About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Director of Media Innovation to lead our newly established Growth & Innovation Hub—the strategic engine driving our next phase of expansion. In this role, you will define and execute the company's roadmap for discovering, validating, and scaling new growth opportunities across traffic sources, client verticals, and marketing technologies.

Your mission is to build systems that turn innovation into measurable results, ensuring our organization continues to evolve, diversify, and lead in the fast-changing world of performance marketing. You will work closely with senior leadership to align media innovation strategies with the company's broader business objectives and client goals.
