Experience supporting battery, chemical, semiconductor, or advanced materials manufacturing. Hands-on experience scaling logistics from R&D / pilot to production. Experience selecting and implementing WMS/TMS systems. Prior responsibility for equipment moves, facility expansions, or greenfield operations. International logistics experience (US ↔ Europe/Asia). Forklift Certified.
