As a global leader in smart, healthy, and sustainable buildings, our mission is to reimagine the performance of buildings to serve people, places, and the planet. We are uniquely positioned to support and empower our teams through our extensive reach across various industries worldwide. Join a culture that values your voice and ideas, where you can develop yourself through meaningful work projects and learning opportunities. We strive to provide an experience focused on supporting your physical, financial, and emotional wellbeing, all while maintaining a dedication to safety through our Zero Harm policy.
In this role, you will maintain and grow a route servicing existing customers for fire extinguishers, kitchen hoods, emergency lighting, and pre-engineered gas systems. You will be responsible for inspecting, servicing, repairing, and installing multiple suppression product lines, emergency lights, and industrial systems in strict accordance with safety requirements and manufacturer specifications. Your work will directly contribute to ensuring compliance with current fire code regulations and the safety of the facilities you serve.
You will operate as a key point of contact for your assigned route, identifying deficiencies and making recommendations based on manufacturer specifications and local codes. A significant part of your day involves quoting, selling, and repairing services on-site. You will have the opportunity to up-sell existing customers to new product offerings and services to meet compliance needs, as well as sell new accounts on your route based on the same compliance criteria. Success in this position requires meeting or exceeding quotas set by your direct supervisor and actively calling on potential customers to offer suppression products and services.
To support an efficient and fair hiring process, we may use technology-assisted tools, including artificial intelligence (AI), to help identify and evaluate candidates.
