The Director of Human Resources serves as a strategic partner in developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive HR programs and policies. The position exists to ensure the organization retains and attracts top personnel while administering a complete compensation package that fosters employee confidence and meets all legal requirements.
In this capacity, you will oversee the management of the Payroll Services Department and direct a robust recruiting program designed to bring high-quality candidates into the organization. A key focus of the role is developing and maintaining a training function that aligns with company needs, alongside activities designed to promote and sustain a high level of employee morale.
