As the Development Director for the Colorado and New Mexico market, you will serve as an ambassador for the National Kidney Foundation, leading fundraising initiatives and managing the logistics of signature events. This role is critical to achieving the market's financial goals and supporting patient and professional programs. You will direct the planning and execution of major events, including the Great Chefs of the West Gala, Golf Classic, and Area Kidney Walks, while stewarding a portfolio of corporate and individual relationships to drive growth.
In this position, you will foster a donor-centric culture, manage a team including a Development Manager, and engage volunteers and committees. You will work in a flexible hybrid environment based in Denver, CO, with the ability to travel within Colorado and occasionally beyond. The role requires a dynamic leader who can balance strategic planning with the hands-on execution of high-touch fundraising campaigns.
