Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the Director of Finance serves as the steward of all financial and accounting functions for the agency. This role is essential to our mission, ensuring that legal and regulatory compliance is maintained while optimizing financial performance to better support our leadership, staff, and clients.
You will lead a multi-sited organization through complex financial landscapes, from managing the annual budgeting process and overseeing revenue cycle operations to guiding the agency through annual audits. Beyond the numbers, you will foster a collaborative culture across departments, ensuring high staff morale and a high-quality experience for our clients. A key part of this role involves actively developing your own racial equity and inclusion lens and supporting your team in doing the same, committing to addressing REI matters that impact our shared work environment.
