The Director of Finance serves as a strategic business partner and operational leader within this complex, multi-entity luxury resort and private club environment. This role is designed to ensure financial integrity, optimize performance, and support long-term asset value across diverse divisions including hospitality, real estate, memberships, and recreational operations. The position requires navigating seasonal fluctuations and managing competing priorities in a dynamic luxury setting.
Candidates who own this role should possess progressive accounting experience, preferably in a hotel or country club setting, and have experience supervising accounting team members.
