About the Role
As the Director of Facilities for our Bedford, TX community, you will play a pivotal role in the oversight, management, and general upkeep of our property. You will ensure that our physical plant meets or exceeds Buckner's high standards for quality and safety. This role is about more than just repairs; it is about creating a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents and staff. You will lead a team dedicated to maintaining everything from HVAC systems and grounds to security protocols and emergency response plans, ensuring seamless operations that support our residents' daily lives.

- check_circleDevelop and implement preventive maintenance plans for mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems

- check_circleManage department budgets, monitor expenses, and prepare variance reports

Requirements
