About the Role
CSL Behring is seeking a Director of External Partnerships & Technology Transfer to drive strategic growth within our Biotechnology Business Development & Strategic Planning organization. Based in our patient-focused, science-driven, and highly collaborative culture, this leader will source, evaluate, and negotiate external partnerships, licensing deals, and technology transfer agreements that expand our portfolio of plasma-derived and recombinant therapies for rare and serious diseases.
The Director will lead cross-functional teams across R&D, Legal, Finance, and Commercial to execute complex transactions, oversee technology transfer into CSL Behring, and ensure seamless integration and delivery of milestones. This role offers the opportunity to shape CSL Behring's external innovation strategy in a global, mission-driven environment that values integrity, inclusion, accountability, and scientific excellence while advancing lifesaving therapies for patients worldwide.
