The Regional Sales Manager serves as the leadership anchor for the West Region, responsible for guiding the regional team to achieve sales revenue targets and expense objectives while strictly adhering to CSL Behring's Core Values. This role exists to bridge corporate strategy with field execution, working closely with the Senior Director of Field Sales to establish tactical approaches that align with broader corporate plans.
In this position, you will actively participate as a member of the Regional Management team, making effective day-to-day decisions regarding resource deployment and cost allocation. A significant portion of your time (minimum 70%) will be spent in the field coaching representatives, providing feedback, and driving performance. You will collaborate extensively with marketing, medical affairs, reimbursement teams, and customer service to coordinate regional activities and secure key customer relationships. Your leadership will focus on developing sales representatives, analyzing market trends to increase market share, and ensuring the organization's mission and vision remain at the forefront of all regional actions.
