As a Food Service Director, you will lead the dining department at a long-term care facility, overseeing the food service program to ensure high food quality standards, inventory management, and food safety. This role exists to consistently provide quality dining services that adhere to facility menus, federal, state, and local regulations, and HCSG policies.
In this position, you will partner with client managers, building occupants, and administrators to effectively communicate directives and represent HCSG through courteous interactions with staff, residents, and guests. You will lead and support the food service team, conducting training and quality control sessions while performing operational roles as needed to maintain a sanitary and safe environment.

Associate's degree or higher in food service management or hospitality, including food service or restaurant management coursework. Two years of experience in quantity food production/service and personnel supervision. Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification.
