Coburn Place offers compassionate support and safe housing choices for survivors of domestic violence and their children. We believe that supporting survivors and their children during this critical transition strengthens families and helps stop the cycle of violence from continuing generationally. We stand with survivors of domestic violence, helping illuminate a path to restore hope, believing in an Indianapolis where every person is safe and can flourish.
We are a hope-centered, trauma-informed organization that values psychological safety, belonging, and shared leadership. We honor lived experience, practice cultural humility, and foster an environment grounded in compassion, collaboration, and open-hearted communication. Team members contribute to a culture of trust, accountability, and continuous learning.
At Coburn Place, we believe everyone deserves a safe home. We also believe everyone deserves a safe workplace. We work collectively to build a workplace where hope is practiced, not just promised.
