About the Role
As a Payroll Specialist and Accounting Assistant, you will serve as a vital support pillar to the Accountant, ensuring the financial backbone of Hearts & Hands Of Care, Inc. runs smoothly. This role is designed for someone who thrives on organization and accuracy, handling the critical bi-weekly payroll cycle while managing essential accounts payable functions.
In this position, you will act as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries, researching accounts to resolve questions efficiently. Your day-to-day involves a blend of data entry, internal auditing, and report generation, ensuring that every invoice is coded correctly and every payment is processed with precision. You will also serve as a reliable backup for the Accountant, stepping in to maintain continuity during busy periods or absences.
