About the Role
As Director of Compensation at Sheetz, you will serve as a strategic partner within Human Resources & Talent Management, leading the design and governance of compensation strategies for both our retail and corporate teams. In this fast-paced retail environment, your mission is to oversee base pay, incentives, and rewards programs that effectively attract, motivate, and retain top talent.
You will partner closely with senior leadership to ensure market competitiveness, internal equity, and strict regulatory compliance. By leveraging data and analytics, you will guide critical decisions that shape our employee value proposition. Beyond strategy, you will mentor a small team, drive annual compensation cycles, and actively support Sheetz's enduring culture of innovation and employee development.
