About the Role
As Director of Compensation at Sheetz, you will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, leading the design and governance of compensation strategies for both our retail and corporate teams. In this pivotal role within Human Resources & Talent Management, you will oversee the full spectrum of base pay, incentives, and rewards programs designed to attract, motivate, and retain top talent in our fast-paced retail environment.
Your day-to-day involves leveraging data and analytics to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity while navigating complex regulatory landscapes. You will drive annual compensation cycles, manage job evaluation and leveling processes, and present critical recommendations to executives. Beyond the numbers, you will mentor a small team, fostering a culture of innovation and employee development that aligns with Sheetz's core values.
