As Director of Compensation at Sheetz, you will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, leading the design and governance of compensation strategies for both our retail and corporate teams. In this pivotal role within Human Resources & Talent Management, you will oversee the full spectrum of base pay, incentives, and rewards programs designed to attract, motivate, and retain top talent in our fast-paced retail environment.
Your mission is to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity while leveraging data and analytics to drive informed decision-making. You will guide annual compensation cycles, manage job evaluation and leveling processes, and foster a culture of innovation and employee development. By partnering with HR Business Partners and business leaders, you will shape pay decisions that align with Sheetz's broader organizational goals.
