As the Director of Business Development – Federal Health, you will serve as a strategic growth leader responsible for driving pipeline development, capture execution, and revenue growth within the Federal Health market. This senior leadership role is pivotal in positioning Choctaw Global as a preferred solutions provider by leveraging Tribal 8(a) advantages.
You will lead the full business development lifecycle, from opportunity identification through contract award. Your day-to-day involves building and expanding executive-level relationships with federal agencies and industry partners, developing unified strategies that align with portfolio growth goals, and identifying cross-business unit opportunities. You will work alongside a collaborative and forward-thinking leadership team to expand opportunities for tribally owned businesses while supporting impactful federal health initiatives.

Fifteen plus (15+) years of federal business development experience. Direct experience within the Federal Health market. Experience with DHA, HHS, CMS, NIH, and/or VA. Experience leveraging Tribal 8(a) sole-source strategies. Active security clearance or ability to obtain a security clearance.
