As the Director of Banquets, you will oversee all aspects of banquet services, ensuring the flawless execution of events while maintaining the highest luxury service standards. This role is designed to create memorable experiences by managing the banquet team and collaborating closely with clients and various hotel departments. You will serve as the leader responsible for the seamless flow of events from initial planning through post-event follow-up, ensuring that every detail meets the rigorous expectations of Highgate's portfolio.
