Keshet is a unique organization dedicated to creating a community of belonging for people with disabilities. We bring together classroom experiences, camps, sports, residential care, social activities, and vocational programs for 600 individuals annually. The Director of Adult Services provides the overall leadership, administration, and operational success for Keshet's Adult Day Program, GADOL!, located in Highland Park. Reporting to the Chief Program Officer, this role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality programming and support for participants and their families.
In this position, you will oversee program operations, staff management, service delivery, and quality assurance. You will supervise program managers, Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), and vocational coordinators, guiding the planning, organization, staffing, and evaluation of all adult services. Beyond internal operations, you will serve as a key representative of Keshet in the community, building and maintaining strong relationships with families, partners, and external stakeholders to drive the program's strategic direction and sustainability.
