As the Director of Admissions, you will serve as a key operational leader overseeing the entire admissions workflow for our fast-paced, high-performing facility. This role is critical to our mission, ensuring efficient, compliant, and well-coordinated transitions for residents entering both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care.
In this position, you will manage the journey from initial referral through resident arrival. You will act as a central hub, coordinating closely with our in-house Clinical Liaison, nursing, therapy, and leadership teams. Your day will involve tracking incoming referrals, verifying payer sources and documentation, and facilitating facility tours for prospective residents and their families. By maintaining accurate tracking systems and monitoring daily census activity, you will ensure that every admission is timely, appropriate, and aligned with regulatory standards.
