Director, M&A IT Integration

The Opportunity

The Director, M&A IT Integration is a forward-thinking leader responsible for driving the strategy and execution of IT integrations at Adobe. In this role, you will lead multiple M&A IT integrations by partnering with cross-functional teams—including GTM, Sales, Product, Finance, Corporate Development, and others—to align on priorities, budgets, deal close achievements, and systems integration timelines.

You will partner with senior executives to develop how M&A supports corporate strategy, enabling profitable growth and strengthening competitive positioning. This position requires leading end-to-end execution of new M&A transactions across all phases of the M&A lifecycle, from due diligence and pre-close to post-merger integration. You will work hand-in-hand with Senior Leaders, business, and functional leaders to ensure alignment across the operating model, integration approach, and organizational structure.
