The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic people leader for the Advanced Technologies & Life Sciences (ATLS) organization. In this role, you will leverage deep business understanding to align people strategies with execution and long-term success. You will partner closely with ATLS leadership and HR to advise and deliver talent strategies that support complex global projects.
Operating under a OneFluor commitment, you will manage complex projects and strategic initiatives to enhance talent, organizational design, and workforce capability across the business. You will act as a bridge between the business and HR Centers of Expertise, ensuring that HR services, systems, and programs are designed to meet the unique needs of a fast-paced, highly competitive market. Your work will directly influence the development of a sustainable organizational capability and the deployment of expertise where it is needed most for successful project delivery.
