The Director, Human Resources sits at the intersection of business strategy and people strategy. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this role is critical for shaping how leaders lead, how teams perform, and how Enact's culture comes to life every day. You will serve as a trusted advisor and escalation point for complex people matters, ensuring we build a high-performing, inclusive, and future-ready organization.
