From the beginning, Starbucks set out to be a different kind of company. One that not only celebrated coffee and its rich tradition but also brought a feeling of connection. We are known for developing and supporting partners who share this passion and are guided by their service to others.
As a Director of Human (Partner) Resources for the Finance organization, you will serve as the strategic business partner to the Finance organization and our Chief Financial Officer. In this role, you will lead a team of HR business partners to develop plans and execute programs that fuel business growth, unleash leader capability, and elevate the experience of our partners.
You will lead through the Starbucks Mission & Values, focusing on achieving excellence through delivering on priorities, problem-solving, building capability, and developing high-performing teams. Your day-to-day involves ensuring talent for the future by building healthy succession plans, leading organizational transformation to strengthen culture and inclusion, and serving as a trusted advisor to executives to drive leadership alignment across functions.
We believe we do our best work when we're together, which is why we're onsite four days a week. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
