As the Director, Human Resource Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership within our Global R&D functions, specifically supporting the Global Regulatory Affairs organization and other key units. You will proactively resolve business concerns through root cause analysis and collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to design programs that foster a high-performance culture.
