About the Role
As the Director, Human Resource Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership within our Global R&D functions, specifically supporting the Global Regulatory Affairs organization and other key units. Your mission is to drive talent development, organizational performance, engagement, and culture while shaping strategic planning initiatives. This role is pivotal in ensuring our people strategy aligns seamlessly with business goals, ultimately helping us deliver more affordable medicines to patients around the world.
Located in San Carlos, New Jersey, you will partner with business leaders to navigate complex organizational challenges. Your day-to-day involves leading global performance reviews, compensation planning, and succession strategies for critical positions. You will proactively resolve business concerns through root cause analysis and collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to design programs that foster a high-performance culture. In this fluid, fast-paced environment, you will guide departmental heads and stakeholders through collaborative decision-making processes, ensuring that our values of Patients First, Collaborative Spirit, Bold Ingenuity, and Driving Excellence are lived out in everyday interactions.
