The Financial Planning department acts as a vital liaison and business partner, providing quality financial services to the organization's systems, directors, and internal staff. As the Director, you will provide leadership and oversight of Hawai'i Pacific Health's Medical Group operations. This role exists to drive financial strategy and operational cost effectiveness, ensuring the long-term sustainability of our clinical, educational, and research activities.
In this position, you will partner with the EVP and CFO to advise on rate setting and the distribution of financial responsibility for risk-based contracting activities, coordinating necessary actuarial analysis. You will identify financial and operational challenges, pinpoint performance improvement opportunities, and develop solutions for new program needs. If you possess strong financial instincts and a passion for healthcare, you will be instrumental in shaping the financial future of our medical group.
Candidates selected for this role will be hired into a full-time, regular position based at the First Insurance Center. The role operates on a day shift schedule with a standard 8-hour workday.
