This position is part of the Global Distribution Team, a critical function within Hilton's in-house Commercial Services. The team propels Hilton's sales, revenue management, and analytics functions, playing a vital role in achieving profitable growth. As the Director of Distribution Strategy for Branded Apartments, you will report to the Senior Director of Distribution Strategy, Americas. This role exists to drive the distribution growth of Branded Apartments by identifying apartment-focused channels in the Americas, assessing their technical and commercial fit, and managing channel relationships. You will work on high-impact projects including account management, commercial negotiations with third parties, and establishing guardrails for new channel engagement.
In a typical day, you will create and implement a well-defined distribution channel strategy and roadmap with clear critical metrics. You will lead channel assessment and contracting, evaluating technical and commercial fit while collaborating closely with Pricing, Sales, and Global Distribution to ensure the successful integration of third-party channel initiatives into broader Commercial Strategies. You will also partner with pricing and revenue teams to craft offers for third-party channels, tracking outcomes to grow long-term stay business.
Collaboration is central to this role. You will manage, report, and communicate performance against important metrics across multiple commercial forums on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis. You will work with cross-functional teams to create metrics and targets for measuring results and improving forecasting, while socializing weekly state-of-the-business reports and addressing ad hoc requests from senior leadership.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Fifteen (15) years of professional experience in digital travel, hospitality, or adjacent industries and business fields. Experience managing apartment-focused and/or vacation rental channels. Recent experience managing a large online channel at scale and developing plans to improve that business. Sound understanding of Hilton brands, operations, systems, and organization.
