About the Team
In Global Product Solutions (GPS), we are on a mission to deliver innovation and exceptional product and program solutions from concept through execution while cultivating our talent. As a central service team within Fidelity Fund and Investment Operations (FFIO), we focus on intaking new product requirements from Asset Management to expand FFIO's capabilities. We are currently implementing Fidelity's new digital and alternative investment products, navigating new and changing regulations, and deploying a brand-new technology platform that will transform the way we work. Our goal is to move from operational readiness to a scalable target state operating model in the smartest and most effective way possible.
About the Role
This position serves as a critical bridge within the Digital team, providing subject matter expertise to accelerate the product roadmap and target state operating model for Fidelity's digital investment products, including cryptocurrencies and tokenized products. You will assess and document requirements for the digital investment operational ecosystem, effectively representing the business to customers and partners while interacting with numerous groups across the Fidelity organization.
The role is designed for a professional who can synthesize complex issues and deliver clear, actionable recommendations in a matrixed environment. You will not only manage the day-to-day operational readiness for digital products but also lead cross-functional execution for new capabilities, product launches, and platform migrations. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of digital asset operations at scale.
