About the Team
Global Product Solutions (GPS) is a central service team within Fidelity Fund and Investment Operations (FFIO) dedicated to intaking new product requirements from Asset Management. Our mission is to expand FFIO's capabilities, moving from operational readiness to a scalable target state operating model. We are on a mission to deliver innovation and exceptional product and program solutions from concept through execution while cultivating our talent.
We are currently implementing Fidelity's new digital and alternative investment products, navigating new and changing regulations, and deploying a brand-new technology platform that will transform the way we work. As part of this transformation, the Digital team within GPS provides critical subject matter expertise to accelerate product roadmaps and define the future operating model for digital investment products, including cryptocurrencies and tokenized assets.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleOwn end-to-end program management for digital asset operations initiatives
- check_circleBuild and maintain integrated project plans, deliverables calendars, and critical path timelines
- check_circleEstablish and run cadence with business partners across FFIO, GPS, AM, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Technology
- check_circleCreate executive-ready materials for stakeholders and governance forums
- check_circleStand up and run program PMO mechanisms including RAID, decision logs, change control, and KPI tracking
- check_circlePrepare concise, decision-oriented communications for leadership
- check_circleMaintain documentation of operating models, process maps, RACI, controls, and playbooks
- check_circleCoordinate daily operational readiness for digital products including process stability, controls, and incident response
- check_circleTrack and resolve operational issues, drive root cause analysis and durable fixes
- check_circleAlign and document procedures across administration, custody, valuation, trading ops, performance, and compliance
- check_circleLead cross-functional execution for new capabilities, product launches, regulatory change, and platform migrations
- check_circleManage dependencies across teams and vendors to ensure testing, readiness, and controlled releases
Requirements

- verifiedCAIA, CFA, and/or MBA preferred
- verifiedUS work authorization required (no immigration sponsorship)
- verifiedKnowledge of investment and fund operations
- verifiedKnowledge of digital asset space and blockchain-based transaction flows
- verifiedProject/program management proficiency
Nice to Have
10+ years of experience. CAIA, CFA, and/or MBA. Detailed knowledge of digital investment products, cryptocurrencies, tokens, and blockchain-based transaction flows.
