About the Team

Global Product Solutions (GPS) is a central service team within Fidelity Fund and Investment Operations (FFIO). Our mission is to deliver innovation and exceptional product and program solutions from concept through execution while cultivating our talent. We are currently implementing Fidelity's new digital and alternative investment products, navigating new and changing regulations, and deploying a brand-new technology platform that will transform how we work.

As part of this transformation, the Digital team within GPS focuses on intaking new product requirements from Asset Management. We are dedicated to expanding FFIO's capabilities and moving from operational readiness to a scalable target state operating model. We effectively represent the business to customers and partners across the Fidelity organization.

About the Role

This role serves as a critical bridge between business needs and operational execution within Fidelity's digital investment ecosystem. You will provide subject matter expertise on cryptocurrencies, tokenized products, and blockchain-based transaction flows to accelerate the product roadmap and define the target operating model.

In this position, you will assess and document requirements for the digital investment products operational ecosystem, including Fidelity Fund Investment Operations. You will interact with numerous groups across the organization, synthesizing complex issues to deliver clear, actionable recommendations. Your work will drive the transition from daily operational stability to the execution of new capabilities, product launches, and platform migrations.

Requirements
