About the Role
The Director of Corporate Strategy serves as a highly visible thought partner to the senior leadership team, bringing fresh ideas and disruptive thinking to ensure Republic Services stays ahead of the competition. This role is designed to capitalize on macro, industry, technology, and other trends while fostering consultative relationships across all levels of the organization.
You will lead the annual strategic planning process, synthesizing complex research and financial modeling into a clear, concise narrative for the business. Your day-to-day involves facilitating strategy workshops, developing agendas for senior leadership meetings, and preparing quarterly updates for the Board of Directors. Beyond planning, you will act as an internal consultant, exploring opportunities to optimize operations and drive accelerated growth. This position requires the ability to see the big picture while maintaining a keen eye for detail, translating quantitative and qualitative data into actionable strategic insights.
