Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide strategic financial analysis and decision support to GPS and AGT leadership
- check_circleDevelop and evaluate business cases, ROI analyses, and financial models for strategic initiatives
- check_circleDesign, maintain, and evolve KPIs, scorecards, and performance tracking frameworks
- check_circleAnalyze performance across revenue, margin, and productivity metrics to generate actionable insights
- check_circlePartner cross-functionally with Strategy, Sales, Product, and Operations to align financial insights
- check_circleSupport planning, forecasting, and long-range analysis using key GPS drivers and assumptions
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- verified5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, strategy, or related analytical role
- verifiedStrong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- verifiedExperience supporting cross-functional, strategic initiatives
- verifiedAbility to synthesize complex information and communicate insights effectively to senior audiences
Nice to Have
Experience supporting partner, sales, go-to-market, or strategy organizations. Exposure to KPI development, performance management, or executive reporting. Knowledge of SAP or enterprise financial systems. Ability to influence through strong collaboration and data-driven recommendations.
