We are looking for a Director, Corporate Communications to join our Corporate Marketing team in San Francisco. This is a full-time, fixed-term position for a twelve-month duration to cover parental leave for our current Director. You will report directly to the VP, Corporate Marketing and serve as the global lead for PR and analyst relations.
In this role, you will bring our corporate narrative—spanning CultureOS, AI, performance, and people science—to life through media, analyst, and executive communications programs. You will partner closely with People Science, product, brand, product marketing, regional marketing, and customer advocacy to ensure our external stories are consistent, differentiated, and tightly aligned to the company’s strategic priorities. Your day-to-day will involve shaping key messages for major launches, managing regional PR agencies, and equipping spokespeople for high-stakes media opportunities.
We’re big believers in the power of IRL (In Real Life). For most roles, we ask employees to work from their local Culture Amp office an average of 2 days a week to unlock connection, pace, and culture together. Specifically for this position, all Culture Amp employees are expected to work 2 days per week in our Chicago office.
