Join us as we work to create a thriving ecosystem that delivers accessible, high-quality, and sustainable healthcare for all.
epocrates, Inc., an athenahealth company, is recognized for developing the #1 medical application among U.S. physicians for clinical content, practice tools, and health industry engagement at the point of care. epocrates has established a loyal network of more than one million health care professionals, including 50 percent of U.S. physicians, who routinely use its intuitive solutions to help streamline workflow and improve patient care.
As the Director, Commercial Lead for the epocrates division, you will join the Sales team to oversee a portfolio of high-profile pharmaceutical and life sciences accounts. This role is designed for an experienced commercial leader with a strong executive presence and deep pharmaceutical media expertise. Beyond managing a book of business, you will serve as a strategic partner responsible for driving long-term account growth, strengthening executive-level partnerships, and advancing epocrates' broader commercial and agency strategy.
You will help shape and expand one of epocrates' most important strategic agency partnerships, operating at both a strategic and executional level. Your day-to-day will involve influencing annual planning discussions, identifying growth opportunities across portfolios, and elevating epocrates' position within the healthcare media ecosystem. You will partner cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Agency & Business Development, and Commercial Growth & Strategy to drive strong client outcomes and support long-term commercial growth across strategic accounts.
