The Director of Clinical Services provides leadership, guidance, and support to practice and quality team members. This role is responsible for the oversight of medical direction, quality assurance, and clinical services. You will assess, develop, implement, maintain, and evaluate policies, protocols, procedures, and guidelines related to practice and quality activities.
In this position, you will collect and analyze comprehensive data, report dashboard measurements, and implement quality improvement efforts. You will forecast trends, manage resources, and assist in planning, implementing, and controlling the Mayo Clinic Ambulance Service budget. The role requires the ability to think critically and creatively to problem-solve, take initiative, work independently, and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
