About the Role

The Flight Paramedic is a pivotal member of our clinical team, working in close partnership with the Flight Nurse to deliver advanced critical care to patients. This role is designed for those seeking a rewarding path where they can unleash their potential and make a tangible impact in their community.

In this position, you will render patient care in strict accordance with Life Flight Network's guidelines and protocols. You will collaborate with your flight nurse partner to ensure age-appropriate care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients, handling everything from complex procedures like oral intubation and needle thoracostomy to accurate documentation and equipment management. Beyond clinical duties, you will play a key role in the safety of aircraft operations, assisting pilots with navigation and in-flight procedures, while also engaging in business development by fostering favorable public opinion and providing flight education to the community.
