As the Director, Area Independent Living Sales, you will drive occupancy and revenue performance across multiple Lifespace communities in the Texas region. This regional leadership role is designed to execute data-driven sales strategies that build strong pipelines, optimize pricing and positioning, and deliver consistent Independent Living sales results.
You will partner closely with Community Sales Directors, Executive Directors, and senior sales leadership to lead high-performing teams. In this position, you will have the opportunity to make a visible regional impact while fostering a collaborative, mission-driven culture. You will represent Lifespace in regional markets and industry events, ensuring that the organization's commitment to personalized experiences reaches every resident and family.
