The Director, Access & Patient Support is a critical leadership role overseeing a team of patient support experts, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and the successful delivery of patient services solutions. This position is responsible for the tactical execution of operations for multiple large, assigned programs for contracted client manufacturers. The role requires developing and maintaining a high level of collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Field Reimbursement, Market Access, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Procurement, Pharmacovigilance, Medical, and Quality.
In this capacity, you will steward relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturer clients while cultivating an employee-centric culture that prioritizes engagement, professional growth, and talent retention. You will oversee revenue and budget accountability, possess a deep understanding of healthcare reimbursement, and drive a high-performing team committed to operational excellence and improved patient outcomes. This role reports to the Sr. Director, Clinical Operations Management.
