About the Role
As the Director of Nursing, you will utilize your leadership qualities to inspire, lead, and manage the overall operation of the clinical team. Your mission is to provide the highest quality of care and services for our residents in an assisted living and memory care community. You will proactively build relationships with residents, families, physicians, and other healthcare providers to coordinate exceptional personalized care.
This role is designed for a strong nurse leader looking to take the next step in their professional career or an experienced Director of Nursing seeking to join a reputable organization where you can make a meaningful contribution. You will consistently collaborate with community leadership, mentor and engage your associates, and build resident and family satisfaction.
