About the Role
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will be the vital link between our clients and their community. In this role, you will use your caregiving and people skills to support individuals living with developmental disabilities throughout Woodbridge, VA. Your day-to-day activities will vary, ranging from assisting with daily living tasks to taking individuals to the park or community events. You will work within our Supported Living Program, helping clients navigate their environment and pursue their unique aspirations.
Working Conditions
This position involves working in residential group homes, day programs, and within the broader community. You will be responsible for transporting individuals using an agency-provided van. The role requires physical capability, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Schedule and Location
This is a full-time position based in Woodbridge, VA (22193). The schedule runs Sunday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, totaling 40 hours per week.
