We are hiring compassionate and caring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with disabilities in NE Portland. This is a full-time position (30 hours per week) on the Day/Swing shift, working Thursday through Saturday from 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM.
As a DSP, your compassion and dedication will create meaningful connections with those you support while empowering them to engage with their community. You will provide hands-on care, emotional support, and community engagement while promoting dignity and respect. Each shift presents new opportunities to make a difference in the lives of those you serve, navigating challenges with grace and integrity to ensure a supportive, safe, and inclusive living environment.
No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive paid training including First Aid/CPR, Medication Administration, and ongoing learning opportunities. To apply, candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record (required for day and swing positions), and pass a background check. A High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
