Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) learn to deliver care to adults with intellectual disabilities and jumpstart a fulfilling career with plenty of opportunity for advancement. They will help clients develop and strengthen interpersonal and coping skills, while guiding them in creating positive relationships with family and peers. In this role, Direct Support Professionals serve as an invaluable role model to adults with disabilities.
